HYPERCAM
Too many times the steadicam operator is strapped to a moving vehicle in an attempt to get a shot that really doesn’t work with a steadicam. The operator is asked can they get lower, closer, go faster and keep it steadier..I set out to come up with a system that would allow just that, low, close, fast as hell and rock solid. The Hypercam can go from touching the ground to four feet in one shot. That four foot range can be moved to any height on the vehicle it’s attached to (0-4’ or 1-5’ or 2-6’, et.).

Setup takes just a few minutes as does moving the rig around the vehicle. The speed and distance to the subject are only limited by the road conditions and the driving ability of the person operating the picture vehicle. Please call with any questions.

When you attach the Hypercam to the Rhinocam you have the ability to take your camera system at high speeds off road. The Rhinocam gives you lots of options. You can ride on almost any terrain at speeds up to 55mph. Up to 4 people can be in the vehicle and the Hypercam can be mounted almost anywhere.

When you attach the Hypercam to the Spidercam you can quickly take your camera from zero to race track speeds. The Hypercam can be attached to the Spidercam in various positions allowing shots from any angle desired.

During a Delphi commercial we had the race car driver put the nose of the Indy car underneath the Hypercam while we were doing 130mph on the high side of turn 3 at Homestead. The camera was literally floating over the nose of the car.
